Be One Mentoring
Transition to a new professional life dedicated to sustainability, climate action and environmental protection while keeping a good work-life harmony
About the program
Mentorship is a powerful tool for personal and professional growth, yet many women and men have never experienced its benefits. The Be One Mentoring program aims at supporting young professionals and mid-career professionals willing to shift to a more sustainable pathway in their transition to a new professional life dedicated to sustainability, climate action and environmental protection while keeping a good work-life harmony.
They aim for the most crucial and meaningful goal in life: contributing to a better world for people and the planet. They are the ones whom we should provide with high-level mentoring to help them transition to high-impact leadership, jobs, volunteering and activism. In particular, the program seeks to provide practical tools, leadership skills, network contacts and orientation advice to high-potential individuals who are dedicated to addressing the planetary emergency. The program has proven its success and we are constantly open to welcoming new mentors and mentees to grow the community.
This year, for our third anniversary, we are very pleased to announce a new partnership with the Inner Development Goals Foundation. Mentors and mentees will be supported by the Inner Development Goals framework as a compass to guide their leadership skills development.

Inner Development Goals FoundationHow the mentoring program works:
1.Create a profile.
Sign up and define your role as a mentor, a mentee, or both. Complete your profile to help us understand your needs and experiences.
2. Get Matched.
We’ll find you the most suitable mentor or mentee, aligning with your personal and professional requirements. You’ll receive a match proposal for your review and approval. Once both parties agree, the mentorship journey begins.
3. Easy Engagement.
Engage in a three-month mentorship with at least four scheduled meetings – two in the first month and one in each subsequent month. This structure fosters a strong relationship and significant development within a manageable timeframe.
4. Ongoing Matching.
After completing the initial three-month period, active profiles are eligible for rematching, ensuring ongoing growth and new perspectives.
